U.K.M.P.A. Members Insurances : 2012 Renewal
The policies are due for Renewal on the 01st January 2012.
To the right is the Application Form for the three insurances currently available, along with a Summary of the Policy Cover for each of them.
The Legal Expenses policy is for all members, as is the Pilot Protection. This year there is an optional extension to the Legal Expenses, you can now include employment cover.
The Personal Accident Policy is optional. If you wish to take this insurance, please select your cover. The Capital Sum figure is recommended to all Pilots, but the Weekly Payments are really only for self-employed Pilots who would not be paid if they were off work.
All you need to do is:
- Complete the Form via email, fax or post and return to me.

Payment should be made by selecting from the Payments Options List.
